The photo is quite amazing! When I look at it it kind of makes me think that I am going to apporach a new land. The tactic that you used to make the island centered is just stunning! The fog in the background and how the water kind of curves on the sides of the island really do make the object of your picture really in focus! I think it is quite awesome how you were able to make the focus of your picture so crisp and clear and visible as everything else is hidden in the fog. The fog also gives a mysterious effect to the photo it makes the person who sees it more curious about what is on the island. The ripples of the water and the reflection of the trees on the water do help give the image of you being on a boat about to land on this island that appears before the fog.
This is magical! I want to live on that little island. It kind of takes my breath away. You're centering is perfect, but not so perfect that it looks faked. The slight amount more of trees on the right gives it a more real look. Your use of color is also fantastic. The wet, paler blue toward the bottom, the dry, misty tan around the top and sides, the gentle blending of the two, and then the sudden splash of dark green and reflective red-brown in the middle draw your eyes around the picture in a spectacular manor. You certainly have an eye for this sort of thing, congratulations on a job well done.
Beautiful photograph. It's like one of those clear, crisp mornings at the lake you dream about but never quite seem to experience. The curving of the lake surface and island give it a fantastical, mystical look.
It looks so tranquil and peaceful. I can swear this photo speaks. When a single photo creates so many emotions and immersive feelings you know it is truly amazing piece of art
