I think by having just the water here, you give it the attention it deserves (I could be missremembering a far shore from the last post, if so, sorry!). Having the main junction located in the 1/3s location is a good use of emphasis. That focal placement and the new implied lines make a fine journy accross the image. The falling lines are elegant, the frothing lead-in line is dynamic, the foaming reatreat to the left of the page brings you right back in, and the delicate archs on the far right bottom corner keep your eye in the zone. Nice work!
The longer exposures are always the best for these types of shots, since the water can look awkward if caught at speed. This way you catch the streaming flow of the water as it crashes down, nicely done. Great use of technique.
